Chicken Dip
from Lillian Rossi


1 - Whole chicken, cooked and shredded
3 - Small cans of cream of chicken soup
4 - Blocks of creamed cheese
1 - Small can of diced green chilies
1 - Small can of diced jalapeños. For a spicy flavor,
1 jar of sliced jalapeños, juice and all
1-½ tsp. - Salt
1 tsp. - Freshly ground pepper
½ cup - Extra virgin olive oil


  • Place all ingredients in a crock pot.

  • Turn on high for 1/2 hour.

  • Stir and turn down to low.

  • Serve hot with tortilla chips.

It's a great party dip!
